Ohio Tech’s Student Services Department is available to both future and currently enrolled students. From counseling on housing, academics and financial aid to personal matters and more, students are provided with a family who cares about them and their success. At Ohio Tech, you are simply not a number - you become part of our family and we will do all we can to ensure your success, even after graduation. Student Services also acts as a conduit for parents to find out how their students are doing and provides medical and emergency information to staff when needed. The Student Services Department can also be helpful in assisting students with disability accommodations, tutoring, counseling service as well as housing. We look out for our students and provide them with the skills needed to become successful in life as well as in their careers.

Classroom accommodations are not retroactive but are effective only upon the student sharing approved accommodations with the instructor. Therefore, students are encouraged to request accommodations as early as feasible to allow for time to make appropriate preparations. Ohio Tech does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs or activities in accordance with the regulations implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §794.
