Ohio Technical College Announces November 2018 Instructor of the Month

OTC celebrates a new Instructor of the Month, Bruce McIntyre! As an instructor it is sometimes difficult to instruct, mentor and lead by example while dealing with the everyday differences and uniqueness’s our students bring with them. Welding instructor, Bruce McIntyre manages to keep it all together and help change the lives of our welding students one bead at a time. McIntyre helps ALL of the welding students understand the concepts and skills to be successful, not just the ones in his class. He always pushes students to perform better, practice more and achieve the best results. McIntyre never hesitates to throw on his hood and gloves to show students a specific technique or what the final result should look like. He is a legend in the welding shop among students and alumni and will not hesitate to use his personal contacts within the welding community to get students and graduates jobs they are qualified to do. When an instructor gives students a reason to want to come to class, we are fortunate to have them on staff, and as our November 2018 Instructor of the Month.
