Luis Romero at Liberty Ford Maple Heights

If you have not driven past Liberty Ford in Maple Heights, you have not seen one of the biggest automotive dealerships and service facilities in NE Ohio. This place is massive! They sell and service both consumer and commercial vehicles. The service department is a well-oiled machine with specific areas for new cars, used cars, fleet vehicles and diesels only. They also have their own on-site collision shop. Luis Romero (AT-215/2015) is one of four OTC alumni working there, and has been with Liberty Ford at their Maple Heights location for several years. He appreciates how well-run the service department is and the perks the job provides. "We get discounts on parts. I drive all Fords, so that works for me!" Finding a great work-environment says a lot about longevity in any career. "Everyone here is great to work with. I interviewed with other dealerships and have been asked to switch over to other places, but this feels like home. I'm comfortable here."
