Brandon Reynolds at Liberty Ford

Brandon Reynolds (AD-287/2018) is the newest OTC graduate to be working at Liberty Ford in Maple Heights. He's currently working as a lube tech, what all entry level techs start out as, and is working towards moving up to service tech. While some new graduates feel their skills are wasted as a lube-tech, it is important to remember, most larger dealerships have a formula of success that starts with the basics. Once new-hires establish a pattern of reliability and consistency in their work, new and better opportunities will follow.
