Ohio Technical College Announces April 2018 Instructor of the Month

Custom Paint instructor, Ron Wells, for OTC’s American V-Twin program, was named April 2018 Instructor of the Month. Wells is a student favorite not only among V-Twin students, but all students who come in contact with his patient and calm character. When it comes to teaching custom paint techniques, patience is a major requirement in helping students understand the process from start to finish. All instructors who are nominated, are nominated by students. Students past and present, are the best judge of who they feel is a great instructor. It could be based on personality, willingness to stay after school, and the patience to explain, explain again, and explain another way – so students can understand in their own way how to accomplish a great finished product.
