About: In April of 2019 Mox Eggert was recognized as a valued instructor of the Month, now three years later he is being recognized as a valued Employee of the Month! Mox Eggert has reached the level of legend here at OTC. Eggert is himself a graduate of Ohio Technical College. He has been an instructor with OTC since 1979 and shares his time in the classroom between Diesel, Auto-Diesel and Power Generator students. Eggert was instrumental in getting OTC’s Generator Power Systems program off the ground and established it as one of the best recognized and respected power generator programs in the country. Eggert’s reputation within the industry is rock solid as many of his industry contacts reach out to him seeking qualified graduates from our power generation program. Students in his class learn quickly, there are no excuses for being late or not being prepared for class. When dealing with electricity a single bad decision or miscalculation could be catastrophic. It is our staff and members like Mox Eggert who have dedicated and devoted their time and talent to training and preparing a new generation of graduates into the demanding career field of power generation.

Ryan Eubank Program: Welding

What industry certifications do you have: Certified Associate Welding Inspector, AWS national educator of the year 2018
Past industry experience: 26 years’ experience in the welding field. Ryan began his career at Lincoln Electric and he is a longtime member of the American Welding Society (AWS). Ryan is an experienced welder with multiple welding qualifications and has worked in the capacity of Welding Instructor for the past 22 years. Ryan is a Skills USA advisor and has had students place first in the national competition. Ryan has also qualified a student to compete for the world trials and in 2022 has as student that has been selected to represent the United States.
Hobbies: Spending time with family and helping to positively change the lives of others.
